Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor has produced a report in the form of instructions issued by the Officer-in-Charge, Moyna Police Station, Purba Medinipur addressed to the learned Government Pleader and the same is taken on record.

It appears from the report that they have received complaints from the petitioner No.2 and are ensuring peace and tranquility in the area.

Moyna Police shall continue to ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

4.

In view of the above, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

5.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

6.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

7.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

8.

There will be no order as to costs.
