Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

The petitioner was working as a Contractual Instructor to the vocational training centre attached with Dhakuria Balika Vidyalaya (H.S.), District North 24 Parganas.

In view of de-affiliation of the said centre, the service contract of the petitioner has not been renewed.

The petitioner, by the instant writ petition, is praying relocation to another affiliated centre, alternatively, she is praying recalling of the decision of the authority to de-affiliate the centre where she was working. The engagement of the petitioner since was purely contractual, the authority is not obliged to relocate her to any other affiliated centre upon de-affiliation of the centre to which she was attached. The de-affiliated centre since has not challenged the decision of the authority, the petitioner has no locus to challenge the same. WPA 6543 of 2024 is dismissed without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
