Bhattachary, learned senior advocate representing the petitioners appears on virtual mode and submits that the petitioners want to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh.

Having considered the submission made on behalf of the petitioners the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.
