It appears from the record that the application for leave to appeal was already dismissed being barred by limitation vide order dated 18th July, 2017. I fail to understand after dismissal of CRMSPL 34/2017, how the instant matter is shown to be pending.

The Department is directed to take note of the order dated 18th July, 2017 and record disposal of the special leave to appeal.
