This is an application filed by the petitioner under Section 482 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1972 seeking setting aside the order dated 13th February, 2017 passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 4th Court, Calcutta in case No. 91/17 M/F 143 / 2016 under Section 401A of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act thereby rejecting the prayer of the petitioner for adjournment and closing of evidence of PW 1 and PW 2 and fixing the matter on 21.02.2017 for examination under Section 313 of the Cr. P. C. However, no one represented for the petitioner. On earlier occasions also no one appeared for the petitioner.
Under such circumstances the instant criminal revision being CRR 717 of 2017 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stand vacated.
