Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the police authorities regarding the order dated 20.12.2024 passed in TS No.

668/22, no steps have been taken by the police authorities. According to the petitioner the aforesaid order was passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Baruipur specifically directing the police authorities for implementing the ad interim order of injunction dated 30.09.2022. The said order was passed ex parte. Consequently, I direct that if there has been breach of any order passed by the civil court, the petitioner will ventilate his grievance before the same civil court being the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Baruipur.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 5 to 8 is present. Learned advocate denies and disputes the accusations made in the writ petition and challenges the maintainability of the said writ petition.

Be that as it may, police authorities are in knowhow of the issues. So far as the right, title, interest, possession and occupation of the property is concerned, it would be the civil court which would decide the same.

Police authorities would ensure that there is no violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 5932 of 2025 is disposed of.
