Mr. Antarikhya Basu ....for the State Injured suffered grievous hurt. Injured named the petitioner as one of the assailants.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 1092 of 2023 is rejected.
