Mr. Sounak Bhattacharya, Mr. Saikat Sen ...for the Petitioner Mr. Gazi Faruque Hossain, Ms. Varsha Roy ...for Respondent Nos. 11 & 12 This writ petition has been filed with a grievance that 30-07-2024 AKG Ct. 15 respondent nos. 11 & 12 have raised an unauthorised construction at L.R Dag No.4, L.R. Khatian No.498, J.L. No.28, Mouza- Tulsighata, P.S.- Bakultala, Dist. - South 24 Parganas.

On behalf of respondent nos. 11 & 12, it has been submitted that they have undertaken the construction work after obtaining a sanctioned plan from Futigoda Gram Panchayat. They produce a copy of the sanctioned plan before this Court.

Let a photocopy of the sanctioned plan be kept with the records.

I am of the view that allegation of unauthorised construction at the behest of respondent nos. 11 & 12 is baseless.

Accordingly, WPA 6420 of 2024 is dismissed.

Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
