Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of certain inadvertent errors, a fresh appeal was filed against the same judgment as impugned in the present appeal. Accordingly, the appellant does not want to proceed further with the present appeal with liberty to pursue the other appeal.

Accordingly, CRA 148 of 2018 is dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to the appellant to proceed against the same impugned judgment in the other appeal filed/to be filed by the appellant.
