The writ petitioner alleges contempt of the order dated 10th January, 2022 passed by this Court at an interlocutory stage.

It is fairly submitted by the Counsel for the petitioner that most of the order has been complied with, except filing of accounts.

Mrs. Saha, learned Counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor, accepts service on their behalf. Formal issuance and service of Rule is dispensed with.

It is submitted that the matter has come up for consideration before a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.).

In that view of the matter, since the order dated 10th January, 2022 has been complied with in

substance, the other issues may be considered at the stage of final disposal of the writ application. With the aforesaid observations, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
