Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record. 2.

The writ petitioner complains that the private respondents are obstructing the petitioner from cultivating his land.

Counsel for the State has submitted instructions of Nandigram Police Station dated 20.03.2023 and the same is taken on record. It appears that several FIRs have been registered by the Nandigram Police Stations and the same is under investigation. 4.

The Nandigram Police Station shall post a police picket comprising of two constables for a period of one month from date at the cost of the petitioner. The cost shall be communicated to the petitioner and deployment shall take place only after payment.

The Police shall ensure that the petitioner's possession is not disturbed.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
