1. Heard the submissions of both the learned advocates for the parties.
2. Perused the materials on record.
3. The apprehending arrest petitioners filed the instant case. However, on careful consideration of the entire facts and circumstances and the nature of injury sustained that the statement made by the various witnesses, this Court inclined to allow the prayer for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners as custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required in the instant case.
4. Learned advocate for the State submits that charge-sheet has not yet been submitted.
5. In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local,
to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses. The petitioners shall comply with all the conditions as laid down in Section 482(2) of the BNSS. The petitioner nos. 1 and 3 shall meet the Investigating Officer once a fortnight till submission of report in final form.
6. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
