1. Illegal arms were recovered from the house belonging to the petitioner.

2. There are criminal antecedents so far as the petitioner is concerned.

3. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner as transpiring from the materials in the Case Diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
