Counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl has been recovered and the investigation has been transferred to Anti Human Trafficking Wing of the State.

In those circumstances, nothing remains to be decided in the instant writ petition for adjudication. Hence, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of without any further order.

There will be no order as to costs.
