For the Petitioner The petitioner has assailed the order dated 3rd March, 2020 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas in N-152 of 2018 directing issuance of warrant of arrest against him. The petitioner was granted bail initially and failed to appear before the learned trial Court on two occasions for which warrant of arrest was issued against him by the order impugned. The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned trial Court within a fortnight from date. If the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Court within a fortnight from date and files an application for bail, learned trial Court shall deal with the same in accordance with law. In the event the petitioner fails to surrender before the learned trial Court within the stipulated time frame, learned trial Court shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioner in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

Warrant of arrest issued vide order dated 3rd March, 2020 be stayed till 31st March, 2025.

CRR 1210 of 2025 is disposed of.
