Mr. Falguni bandyopadhyay Ms. Riya Ballav ..for the petitioner Mr. Saikat Banerjee Mr. Koushik Chowdhury ..for the Board The petitioner prays for consideration of his representation (being Annexure P-7, vide page 26 of the writ application) by the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

After hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner, I direct the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider the representation after giving the petitioner an opportunity of hearing by four weeks from the date of communication of this order and pass one reasoned order where the break up of marks of the petitioner are to be given and the marks of the last empanelled candidates and the wait listed candidates are also to be disclosed. The order is to be communicated to the petitioner by two weeks after the

expiry of the said four weeks.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
