Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that since there is some formal defects in the writ petition, he prays for withdrawal of this writ petition and leave to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action after curing the defect.

Such prayer is not opposed.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 5940 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with leave to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.
