For the State Considering the fact that police filed charge sheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code after investigating under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and considering the fact that all other co-accused were enlarged on bail by the jurisdictional Court and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.
