Bihani, Mr. Soumyajit Ghosh ...For the Burdwan University Due to an inadvertent error, the order dated April 3, 2023, the names of the learned advocates, who appeared for Burdwan University, were not recorded. Instead, the names of two learned advocates representing Calcutta University were mistakenly recorded.

It is to be noted that Mr. N. C. Bihani, Mrs. P. B. Bihani, and Mr. Soumyajit Ghosh are learned advocates who appeared on behalf of Burdwan University. Therefore, the names of these advocates should be read as appearing for Burdwan University.

Similarly, in the aforementioned order, it is necessary to record the name of Mr. Dipankar Das Gupta in place of Mr. Tapas Kr. Mondal as a junior to Mr. Swapan Kr. Datta.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated April 3, 2023.
