Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved that as the superior officer of the police authorities are acting as Special Executive Magistrates, they are lacking infrastructure for providing certified copies in respect of the proceedings before them.

In view of the nature of the grievance expressed by the petitioner, I direct that the concerned Special Executive Magistrate, South Subarban Division would redress the grievance of the petitioner particularly if an application for certified copy is made, the same should be made available within a week from an application of the same. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5959 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
