Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, two other co-accuseds were granted bail by the Jurisdictional Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the de-facto complainant recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.).

In her statement, the de-facto complainant implicates both the petitioners herein and attributes specific role to the petitioners.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1522 of 2022 is dismissed.
