Learned advocate for the petitioner, State and the private respondents are present.

The grievance of the petitioner relates to an order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Purulia in connection with T.S.63 of 2022. The said order is dated 8th February, 2023 wherein the court passed a direction upon the Officer-inCharge, Tamna Police Station to submit a fresh report and the compliance of such order was fixed on 05.06.2023. Further copies/orders are not available. Accordingly, I am of the view that since the civil court is in seisin of the jurisdiction, petitioner would be better advised to invoke the appropriate

provisions of law before the civil court in view of the nature of the orders complained of in the writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5961 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
