1. Learned counsel for the respondent municipality has filed a report in terms of the order dated 23.4.2025. He submits that the payment of pension including arrears due to the petitioner will be made by 15th of this month.

2. The Chairman, Titagarh Municipality shall remain bound by the said undertaking given to the court.

3. In view of the statement made by the respondent municipality, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the municipality to release the payment of pension, including arrears due to the petitioner, by the 15th of this month.

4. Let urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
