[in WPA 3411 of 2016 & WPA 3412 of 2016] In Re.: WPA 3411 of 2016 and WPA 3412 of 2016:- Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to proceed with these writ petitions any further and accordingly, prays for withdrawal of the same.

In light of the above submissions, WPA 3411 of 2016 and WPA 3412 of 2016 are dismissed as withdrawn. Written instruction submitted by the petitioner in Court today be kept with the record.

In the event, there is any amount lying with the Registrar General, Appellate Side, petitioner shall be at liberty to withdraw the same along with accrued interest, if any.

Registrar General, Appellate Side is directed to ensure the payment of the same to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of application being made.
