Liberty is granted to the petitioners to correct the cause title here and now.

This revisional application has been filed by the defendant nos. 1 and 2 in Title Suit No. 209 of 2013. The said suit is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Sealdah. It is submitted that three interlocutory applications are also pending which have not yet been disposed of. It is also submitted that written objections to the said applications have also been filed.

Under such circumstances, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned court below to dispose of the pending applications upon allowing the parties to contest the same within a period of three months from the next date fixed. It is further directed that once the interlocutory applications are disposed of, learned

court below shall make serious endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit expeditiously, as the suit is of 2013. This court has neither gone into the merits of the applications pending nor into the merits of the suit.

Learned court below shall proceed independently and without being influenced by any observations made hereinabove.

The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application along with the server copy of this order upon the opposite parties and/or their learned advocates appearing in the court below immediately.

The revisional application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible subject to compliance of all usual formalities.
