1. De facto complainant was informed pursuant to our order dated March 19, 2025.

2. Materials in the Case Diary suggest that, the present marriage of the petitioner is third one. There are materials in the Case Diary implicating the petitioner in the offences alleged. At least, the materials in the Case Diary require investigation.

3. Petitioner is not maintaining the de facto complainant or the child born out of the wedlock.

4. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Smita Das De, J.)
