The petitioners had participated in the Teacher Eligibility Test (T.E.T.), 2014 conducted by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education but were unsuccessful.

The petitioners had applied under the Right to Information Act, 2005 to have the copy of their respective O.M.R. sheets of the said Test, the same was provided to them by the Board.

The petitioners are now praying that the original of the said respective O.M.R. sheets be provided to them.

The prayer of the petitioners is absolutely mala fide, W.P.A. 6324 of 2024 is thus dismissed without any order as to costs.

Urgent Photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
