Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record. 2.

The writ petitioners complain that the private respondents are disturbing their possession and peaceful enjoyment of the land.

Sabang Police Station has registered six FIRs against the private respondents. Some of the FIRs have resulted in charge sheets.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the view that there is clear prima facie evidence of criminality on the part of the private respondents. 5.

The Police shall be entitled to apply for cancellation of the bail obtained by the private respondents. 6.

Sabang Police Station shall post a police picket comprising of one constable for a period of one month from date on the petitioners' land, at the cost of the petitioners.

Costs shall be communicated to the petitioners and deployment shall take place only after payment.

Investigation into the pending FIRs be completed as expeditiously as possible. Charge sheets already filed shall be put to committal.

8.

The police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

9.

Report of the Sabang Police Station is taken on record.

10. The writ petition is disposed of.

11. There will be no order as to costs.

12. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
