The grievance of the petitioner is directed against inaction on the part of the respondent nos. 1 to 8.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding directions contained in the communication dated 21st July, 2017 appearing at page 52 of the writ petition, the respondent nos. 1 to 8 have taken no steps whatsoever.

Counsel on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 8 is present and submits that the disputes raised by the petitioner are all personal and civil in nature. Moreover, there is no public element involved in this matter.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 8 that pursuant to an internal enquiry, a final order has already been sent to the Ministry of AYUSH.

The private respondents are represented.

I have considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties.

In view of the action taken by the respondent nos. 1 to 8 and in view of the fact that there is no public element involved in this petition and that the disputes raised by the petitioner and the private respondent are purely private and civil in nature, I am not inclined to pass any order in favour of the petitioner.

WPA 4813 of 2020 is dismissed. However, there will be no order as to costs.
