It appears at page 141 being annexure-P/14 to the writ petition that the petitioner has made a representation on 24th April, 2019 requesting the respondents concerned to re-fix and revise the pay of Librarian with effect from 1.1.1986 by allowing higher pay scale and the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents concerned are sitting tight over the said representation.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Director of Library Services, Government of West Bengal/respondent S.D.

no. 4 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 24th April, 2019 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after

giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or her authorized representative, within six weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. The writ petition (W.P.A. 4815(W) of 2020) is thus disposed of.
