Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of order of ad interim injunction passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 1st Court, Krishnanagar in T.S. 295/2021, the police authorities are not assisting the petitioner in the enjoyment of the peaceful life as the private respondents are trying to encroach upon the property of the petitioner.

Mr. K. J. Yusuf, learned Additional Government Pleader appears on behalf of the State and submits that the police authorities are yet to receive any copy of the order passed by the learned Civil Judge.

In view of the aforesaid, I direct the petitioner to handover a latest copy of the order passed by the Civil Court to the Inspector-in-Charge, Krishnanagar Police Station, Nadia.

In case the police authorities on receipt of the order finds that there is some disturbance created at the behest of the private respondents, police authorities would ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship amongst the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 5975 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
