Heard learned counsels for the parties.
The innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for supply of certified copy of the award and payment in terms of the said award to the petitioner by the appropriate authority, which is indicated in prayer g of the writ petition. The respondents concede to the said prayer of the petitioner and submit that such certified copy may be handed over to the petitioner upon compliance of required formalities.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to make over the certified copy of the award to the petitioner and make payment of compensation in terms of the said award subject to compliance of all necessary formalities by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of completion of formalities, in accordance with law. W.P.A. 5006 of 2019 is thus disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.
Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
