Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties.

It appears from record that against the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioners have already made a representation before the respondent authority concerned on 1st February, 2024 being annexure P/5 to the writ petition and which according to the petitioners is still pending. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 6329 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioners dated 1st February, 2024 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or its authorised representatives

within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the aforesaid representation and the authority concerned shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law.
