Manabendra Thakur, learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioners hands up to Court a letter dated March 27, 2026 addressed to him and submits that he has instructions from his clients to withdraw the civil revisional application inasmuch as, the same has become infructuous. The said letter is taken on record. 2.

Mr. Seal, learned Advocate appearing for the opposite parties submits that the opposite parties are not admitting any of the allegations leveled against them in the revisional application. 3.

In view of the request made, C.O. 908 of 2026 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
