It appears that the case is pending in the list since 2nd September, 2022 and none appeared for any of the parties since then. Hence, the same is taken up for disposal on merit in absence of the parties.

Record reveals that the petitioners have challenged the order dated 21.01.2015 of Executive Magistrate, Baruipur under Section 144(2) Cr.P.C and have prayed for quashing of the same. The statute determines the life of an order of Executive Magistrate under Section 144 Cr.P.C to be sixty days from the date of issuance of the same. Hence, the order under challenge appears to have been died its natural death and the revision has become infructuous. In such circumstances, the case is dismissed being infructuous.
