Debkumar Roy (Via Video Conference) The appellants are not represented nor is any accommodation prayed for on behalf of the appellants. We have considered the report filed by the Assistant Registrar-II dated 10th December, showing noncompliance of the earlier order dated 15th November, 2021. In spite of giving repeated opportunities to put in Talabana along with written up notice forms for effecting service of notice of appeal upon the sole respondent, no attempt has been made by the appellants to put in the requisites. We made it clear in the earlier order dated 15th November, 2021 that in the event the appellants did not comply with the administrative order dated 25th July, 2016 within three weeks from the date of receipt of notice, the appeal may be dismissed for noncompliance of the aforesaid order. Accordingly, the appeal, being FA 416 of 2009, stands dismissed.

All interim orders stand vacated.

L.C.R., if had arrived in the meantime, shall be immediately sent back to the Lower Court along with a copy of this order. The learned Registrar Administration (L&OM) must ensure the compliance of this order.
