De facto complainant implicates the petitioner in assaulting her leading to miscarriage.

Injury report of the de facto complainant tends to corroborate such claim.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 837 of 2024 is dismissed.
