1. Although the instant contempt application had been filed complaining violation of the direction contained in the order dated 15th May, 2023, records reveal that the alleged contemnor has already filed an affidavit of compliance/report, on 10th May, 2024 when Mr. Ghosh by placing before this Court the above report had submitted that in compliance of the directions passed by this Court on 15th May, 2023 steps had already taken to execute the certificate issued under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 and that the compound interest had already computed.

2. Considering such submission made on behalf of the alleged contemnor, by the aforesaid order dated 10th May, 2024, this Court had directed the alleged contemnor/Certificate Officer to ensure early dispose of the certificate proceeding latest by 13th July, 2024.

3. Today, Mr. Ghosh prays for an accommodation to place before this Court an up to date status report.

4. Having regard thereto, let this matter stand adjourned and an up to date report, in the form of an affidavit be filed by the alleged contemnor when the matter is taken up next.

5. List this matter in the monthly list of March, 2025 under the heading "Contempt Application".
