On March 17, 2025, when no one appears on behalf of the parties, the matter was adjourned considering the fact that vide order dated August 26, 2022, Mr. Imran Ali along with Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocates were directed to appear on behalf of the opposite party no.1/State of West Bengal.

The matter is pending since 2015 without any order of extension till date.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to accommodate further. Hence C.R.R. 499 of 2015 stands dismissed for default. Let a copy of the order be forwarded to the learned Trial Court for information.
