When the matter is called on for hearing, learned counsel for the State respondent seeks an adjournment on the ground of his senior, indicating that a report, which may be relevant, is not with him.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer to a direction upon respondent no.3 to consider the representations given by the petitioner. It is submitted that, despite the petitioner having made such representations in the year 2019 and those have been duly forwarded by respondent nos.1 and 2, the consideration thereof is still pending.

In view of the innocuous prayer, no adjournment need be granted.

WPA 4830 of 2020 is disposed of by directing respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of in accordance

with law, within three weeks from date, the petitioner's representations, annexed at page 20 and 31 of the writ petition, and to intimate the decision taken thereon to the petitioner at the earliest thereafter.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
