Injury report of the de facto complainant suggests that she was pregnant for two months.

The injury report is dated July 27, 2023.

Date of marriage is May 10, 2023.

Petitioner before us is the husband.

De facto complainant implicates the petitioner in assaulting her.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 819 of 2024 is dismissed.
