Saha .... for the respondent no.2 In view of availability of an equally efficacious alternative remedy in the form of a challenge under Section 102 of the West Bengal Cooperative Societies Act, 2006, this court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

WPA No.5679 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Registrar, Cooperative Societies with the dispute as canvassed in the present writ petition. If so approached, the Registrar and/or the Assistant

Registrar, to whom the matter is assigned, shall decide the dispute in accordance with law upon giving appropriate opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties without being influenced in any manner by any of the observations made herein. All questions are kept open to be decided by the said Adjudicating Authority independently.

It is expected that the entire exercise of such adjudication shall be completed by the Registrar and/or the Assistant Registrar to whom the matter is assigned, if at all, within July 15, 2022.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
