This is the third occasion that the petitioner is not represented when the matter is called on although the matter was specially fixed at the instance of the petitioner's advocate. Learned Advocate for the State submits that the petitioner had been granted bail. He jumped bail and warrant of arrest was issued. He filed an application for anticipatory bail in this Court which was rejected. That fact is also not mentioned in the petition.

In view of the aforesaid, we see no reason to keep this application pending, nor are we inclined to allow this application.

CRM No. 2466 is, accordingly, dismissed.
