1. None appears for the petitioner.

2. The grievance highlighted in this PIL is with regard to use of microphone at Zumma Masjid and Idgah Committee, Kechuadanga for the purpose of Azan as per the Government Rules and Regulations regarding noise limit.

3. The petitioner made a representation before the concerned respondent authority for taking steps regarding the use of microphone for the purpose of Azan as per the noise limit.

The said representation remained unconsidered.

5. The petitioner is absent and it shows that he must have lost the cause involved in the instant writ petition. If the petitioner finds that there is any grievance to be agitated before the authority concerned for the issue involved in the instant writ petition, the petitioner can make a fresh representation before the

respondent no.2 within a fortnight from the date of communication of the order. The respondent no.2 shall consider such representation and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of submission of representation of the petitioner and communicate the same thereafter to the parties concerned.

6. With the aforesaid, this PIL is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
