Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client is challenging an order of suspension. Learned counsel for the State submits that the writ petition has become infructuous as an order of termination has already been passed.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in view of the changed circumstances, the petitioner would not like to press this application and would instead challenge the order of termination.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the order of termination.
