The petitioners say that they approached this Court by filing CRR 3394 of 2011 for quashing of G.R. Case No.457 of 2011 arising out of Harishchandrapur Police Station Case No.49 of 2011 dated 16-02-2011. From time to time, interim orders were passed in such application granting protection to the petitioners. Ultimately, the said application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take all issues in another case being CRR 2429 of 2016 which the petitioners had subsequently instituted. The subsequent application being CRR 2429 of 2016 was dismissed by an order dated March 04, 2021.

Presently, the petitioners pray for anticipatory bail. Learned State counsel points out that proclamation has already been issued against the petitioner on September 03, 2021.

In view of the petitioner having been declared as proclaimed offender, we are unable to entertain this application for anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM 2468 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
