Ld. Counsel for the appellant submits that he has already put the postal cost which is out of time and the same be accepted.

Perused the office report dated 08.08.2024 It transpires from the office report that the appellant already put in the postal cost of Rs. 540/- for effecting service of notice of appeal upon respondent nos. 2 to 11 through speed post with A.D vide memo no. A 3593 (Chanlan no. 2788) dated 07.02.2019 which is out of time.

In view of the above, it is apparent that postal cost has already been deposited.

Accordingly, let the same be accepted.

The department is hereby directed to proceed in accordance with law.
