The petitioner is aggrieved that the IO may not receive sufficient assistance from M/s. Google, Meta and the NIC in course of investigation into his complaint.

It appears from the records that the application of the petitioner under Section 156(3) of the CrPC is still pending before the ACJM, Bidhannagar being M.P. Case No.96 of 2022.

It is ordered that the aforesaid case be disposed of by the ACJM, Bidhannagar within a period of one month from date.

The report of the Lake Town Police Station, Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate is taken on record.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
