Mr. Kanishk Sinha .... for the petitioners Mr. Lal Mohan Basu .... for the respondent Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction on respondent Nos. 2 and 3 being the Regional Transport Officer and the Additional Regional Transport Officer respectively to dispose of the representation dated 14th February, 2020.

WPA 4851 of 2020 is accordingly disposed of with a direction on the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider and disposed of the representation dated 14th February, 2020 in accordance with law and by way of a reasoned order upon hearing necessary parties including the petitioners. The reasoned order was passed within four weeks from the date of communication of this order and a copy of the reasoned order shall be given to the petitioners within a week thereafter. Needless to say if

the petitioners are found eligible for the grant of subsidy, the said relief shall be given to the petitioners without any further delay.
