Petitioner has approached this Court as the 14.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.6 Rakib representation dated 17.02.2023 addressed to the Officerin-Charge, Bhagwanpur Police Station was not considered. The subject matter of the representation related to removal of obstruction from the drain for smooth flow of sewerage water.

Be that as it may the police authorities would act only if the Municipality or the Panchayat passes direction. Having considered that the said representation was submitted more than two years ago, I am of the view that petitioner if is faced with the similar inconveniences will file a fresh representation. The police authorities would on receipt of the representation will act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 6092 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
